I. General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Basic Provisions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts you conclude with us (Łukasz Lodwich) via the website https://combat-wear.com/en/. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms you may have used is contradicted.

(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legal partnership acting in the exercise of its independent professional or commercial activity when concluding a legal transaction.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.

(2) By placing the respective product on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions specified in the item description.

(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:

  • The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "shopping cart." The shopping cart can be accessed via the navigation bar, where changes can be made at any time.
  • After clicking the "Checkout" or "Proceed to Order" button and entering personal data as well as payment and shipping conditions, the order summary is displayed.
  • If a direct payment system (e.g., PayPal, Amazon Pay, Sofort, giropay) is used, you will either be taken to the order summary page in our online shop or redirected to the payment provider's website.
  • If redirected to the payment provider, you complete the transaction there. The order summary will be displayed again upon returning to our online shop.
  • Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to review, modify (also using the "back" function of your browser), or cancel the order.
  • By submitting the order via the designated button (e.g., "Buy Now," "Place Order," or similar), you declare the legally binding acceptance of the offer, and the contract is concluded.

(4) Inquiries for offers are non-binding. We provide a binding offer in text form (e.g., via email), which can be accepted within 5 days unless otherwise stated.

(5) The processing of orders and the transmission of all contract-related information occur via email, partly automated. Ensure that the provided email address is correct and that email reception is not blocked by spam filters.

§ 3 Payment Methods

§ 4 Retention of Ownership

(1) You may only exercise a right of retention if claims arise from the same contractual relationship.

(2) The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 5 Warranty

(1) Statutory defect liability rights apply.

(2) Consumers are advised to check the goods upon delivery and report any defects or damage promptly.

(3) Any deviation from standard product features must be explicitly agreed upon in advance.

§ 6 Governing Law

(1) German law applies. Consumer rights under their country of residence remain unaffected.

(2) The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

3. Contract Language & Storage

(1) The contract language is German.

(2) The full contract text is not stored by us. Before submitting an order, it can be printed or saved electronically. After submitting an order, the contract details are sent via email.

(3) For quote requests outside the online shopping cart, contract details are sent in text form via email.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices include all taxes. Shipping costs are additional unless free shipping is explicitly stated.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or bank transfer fees may apply.

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery times, restrictions, and conditions can be found on our website.

The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of goods passes upon delivery, unless you use a third-party courier.

6. Legal Warranty Rights

Warranty rights are governed by the "Warranty" section in our Terms and Conditions (Part I).
